Weekly, since 2006, cafe ADAM has been looking to improve each and every ingredient in our kitchen, bar, and wine cellar. We have been searching tirelessly for better and more delicious ingredients; it’s just what we do. Being lucky enough to be in the middle of the Southern Berkshires we are surrounded by an array of meticulous farmers, artisan bakers, food crafters, mongers, brewers, distillers, and curators of all sorts. By using these ingredients it is easy to keep menus in season, sustainable, ethical, and delicious. Our cuisine has no definition or theme, it’s basically based on what tastes good now.
