Berkshire Mountain Distillers is an authentic, regionally focused maker of small-batch, award-winning craft spirits. Established in 2007 as one of the founding members of the craft distiller movement, BMD supports local agriculture, using local ingredients in many of its handcrafted spirits. The grounds of the distillery boast a newly constructed covered pavilion, shaded picnic tables, and a firepit for guests. Visitors are encouraged to stop by BMD’s tasting room for a complimentary flight of artisanal spirits. This summer, the distillery will host live music on Saturdays accompanied by an outdoor bar serving BMD’s Cultural Cocktails, created by local bartenders and inspired by Berkshire arts institutions.
