Weekly, since 2006, cafe ADAM has been looking to improve each and every ingredient in their kitchen, bar and wine cellar. They have been searching tirelessly for better and more delicious ingredients – it’s just what they do. Being lucky enough to be in the middle of the Southern Berkshires, they are surrounded by an array of meticulous farmers, artisan bakers, food crafters, mongers, brewers, distillers and curators of all sorts. By using these ingredients, it is easy to keep menus in season, sustainable, ethical and delicious. Their cuisine has no definition or theme, it’s basically based on what tastes good now.
